A shepherd----who beats----his sheep
They----nothing like Jesus----and in trouble deep
The good shepherd searches the valleys----and crags-----high and----so
steep
A shepherd who abandons----his sheep
A promise----he refused----to keep
The
gentlest shepherd----of all time
Could not----understand----their henious----crime
The
gentle shepherd ----searches----high and low
That other 'shepherd '-----had no time----to go
Searching
for anyone----lost----anywhere
He had other----burdens----to bear
Such
as----building programs
No care for any----of the hurting----lambs
...Whom
Jesus----sought
----with his life----He bought

deacons' meetings
all deaf----to the pleadings
of
sheep----in pain

We're

Look

So many burdens they have to bear

love and compassion for those outside

They'd
not be good enough for membership
They'd not fit in-----to you who are joined at the hip
